Mostly healthy veggies like kale, cabbage, broccoli etc. as well as decent amount of protein

I also recommend limiting carbs since they're the ones that make you hungry

Basically, you have to deliberately avoid food, don't keep snacks in your house, don't buy foods you can just eat straight from the fridge, don't eat out, drink lots of coffee and zero calorie sodas, and get new hobbies because initially you're gonna have a lot of empty time that you used to dedicate to eating.
Don't eat more than one meal in a day and you should see the pounds come right off, preferably keep it under 500kcal a day, you'll eventually enjoy the feeling of being hungry because you're feeling the pounds come off and eating will no longer offset the intense guilt of eating slop.

I live in a fat household too, you need to build up your willpower to avoid short term pleasures that destroy your long term goals, think of it like this, what have you gained with falling for every temptation?
There will always be more food, more opportunities to eat out, and more chances to pig out later, get the body you want then you can eat normally later.
Literally nothing will happen if all that food goes to waste, a single junk food package is probably like 400-600kcal, since everything is so heavily enriched, the risk of malnutrition is basically zero unless you do something like water fast for weeks which is probably bad, not good for your nervous system tbh
Just distract yourself 24/7, I always go on walks during lunch break, go to sleep early on weekdays, eat strategically to get the most work done and do hobbies obsessively so I don't waste away completely like I did when I was heavily disordered(the boredom and misery just makes you want to eat more). Also make it into a lifestyle and incorporate not eating into your routine, little habits can go a long way if you stick to them OP be like:
