I post things for the original author to do: questions, tasks, challenges, life advice, whatever you want! Take it seriously. Don't cheat. Spend this time for serious introspection.
When you're done post a small journal about what you thought about. I'm not asking for any great revelation. Just post what you thought for 10 minutes.
